Ty Corsie and his team were so wonderful to work with, every step of the way! I contacted Ty as he had recently sold 2 houses on my street and both families highly recommended him. I now know why! Ty is professional, knowledgeable and we truly felt that he cared about our family. From our first meeting, he came prepared with information about our home and others in the area, and was able to answer our many questions without making us feel pressured or pushed into listing. Ty listened to what we were looking for and provided valuable insight and perspective to help us make an informed decision. Throughout the entire process Ty kept in constant communication with us. We had daily updates from him and he provided detailed information about the showings and how everything was going. He made us feel as if we were his only clients, which I knew was not the case! Not only did we enjoy working with Ty as a person, we were blown away by the results that he achieved for us. The sale of our home was incredibly quick, above asking, and had all the dates and extras that we were hoping for.
