Ty Corsie Group is the best of the best, if we could give 10 stars out of 5 we would. We can’t say enough good things about these guys. We are absolutely thrilled with how things went from first consultation, to finding our new home, to selling our townhouse. I cannot imagine a more professional, knowledgeable and dedicated team. Either Ty or Devin was available whenever we needed them. Communication was fantastic. I can honestly say we hardly ever felt stressed or uncertain at all, they took care of every single detail for us. Several times they met up with us at night or on short notice. Ty drove to Chilliwack on a Saturday night to get the keys to our new house and inspect it for us because we were busy packing. The list goes on. The marketing was amazing. If there’s a realtor that knows how to use social media better, I haven’t seen them. They don’t cut corners or costs to make sure that your house will be seen by the most possible eyes and is presented in the best possible way. Basically, we put our trust in them and let them do their thing and we are so glad we did. Moving from South Surrey to Chilliwack had its challenges, but someone was always there to show us the homes we wanted to see and we could not be happier with our new house. Ty is immaculate in his attention to detail in every step of the process. He knows exactly what your selling price should be and knows how to prepare an offer so that you have the absolute best chance of winning. Devin is the perfect complement offering care, attention and communication when needed. We bought a house for less than our budget and sold our townhome for a lot more than we expected, it was the dream scenario. Now that it’s over I kind of miss these guys haha… they’re simply the best. We honestly love them and will never use another realtor, you shouldn’t either.
