Ty and his team are the real deal. Their upbeat and positive personalities made this process easy and fun. Ty told us to put our trust in him and his team and leave the rest to them. We did just that, and it’s safe to say it was a great decision. The day we went to see the home, we ended up purchasing, Ty met us there in a pretty heavy snowstorm, no questions asked. The market we bought in was unpredictable and nerve racking. The TCG team helped us through each step and eased our worries. When we listed our townhome, the video they created to showcase our home was next level. They do not miss a beat. We ended up receiving multiple offers and accepted one that was MUCH higher than our asking price. We truly believe the hard work this team puts in, was the reason for this. These guys are the best
