We recently listed my deceased mother’s condo with Ty and the team. The condo needed some TLC to say the least and the building/strat issues meant it was not going to be a straight forward, easy sell. Not to mention the fact that I live in another country with a 9 hour time difference. However despite all obstacles Ty and the team remained professional, compassionate, maintained constant communication and got the condo sold within a couple of weeks!!
