I listed my home with Ty in December on a very down market. Not a single condo had sold in Burnaby, and the only one that ended up selling was mine… within only 2 weeks of being on the market. I interviewed a lot of realtors for this sale. Ty was the most honest, transparent, and professional from the jump. After getting the listing, he not only met but exceeded those expectations. The entire team was responsive whenever needed. I can’t sing their praises enough. Some of the hardest working professionals I’ve come across in any field.
