SELLERS EXPECTATIONS & THE START OF A MORE NORMAL MARKET.

3 straight months of multiple offers, subject free contracts and sky high emotions finally look like they are starting to soften. Lets be honest, the market couldn’t continue to the way it was headed. $100-200k over asking offers that were subject free was a lottery win for some homeowners if you were moving out of town into a different market. However if you were staying in the current market it was extremely frustrating and challenging.
