With nearly two decades of experience across commercial and residential real estate, Mike brings an institutional-level perspective to every client relationship. He began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in Winnipeg, consistently ranking among top-producing agents and playing a key role in leasing more than 500,000 square feet of office space. His early career encompassed leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, and complex build-to-suit transactions.
He later transitioned to senior roles on the ownership side, including leading leasing efforts for Artis REIT across Manitoba and Saskatchewan, where he successfully increased portfolio occupancy and completed 90 renewals within 12 months. Mike subsequently served as an Asset Manager for a major institutional landlord, IG Wealth Management, overseeing 6.8 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail assets in British Columbia, Quebec and Nova Scotia, with over 800 tenants, managing over $1 billion in assets under management, and completing more than $850 million in acquisitions and dispositions.
Today, Mike applies this depth of experience to residential real estate, offering clients strategic insight, discretion, and a highly personalized level of service. His approach is defined by market intelligence, clear communication, and an unwavering focus on results—delivering a refined, seamless experience from start to finish.
Outside of real estate, Mike enjoys time in the mountains—biking in the summer and skiing in the winter—along with travel, cooking, hiking, and spending time with his two daughters.
