The Ty Corsie Group once again achieved the Royal Lepage Chairman’s Award for being the TOP 1% in Canada for Units sold and total GCI. This is the 4th year in a row winning this award.

Fraser Valley Medallion Award – The simplest of all awards, the ‘Medallion Award’ is for those Realtors in the top 10% in transaction volume for all members of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. The individual that comprises Ty Corsie Group have over 15 years of achieving this award cumulatively. Members of the team have also finished in the top 1% in transaction volume for a number of years.

Video Influencers Award – This award is particularly meaningful as it directly influences our ability to serve our seller clients. Winning in both 2018 and 2019, we were nominated for a listing videos award, along with over 1,300 others internationally, and landed in the Top 10, the only winners from Western Canada. This award shows that our marketing is distinctive enough to achieve international attention, attention that can be shared for the sale of your home.

Royal LePage Diamond Award – Awarded to the top 3% of Royal LePage agents in their respective marketplaces. Royal LePage is the largest Canadian owned brokerage in Canada.

John Armenau Award –  Recognized in the industry as possibly the most prestigious award given to 1 agent per year voted by the members. This is someone that displays leadership, cooperation and gives back to the community. Dan Corsie received the 2019 award and is only the 35th member to be part of an exclusive group of incredible individuals. 

Presidents Club Award – The Presidents Club award is commonly referred to as Top 1% of sales achievement based on sales volume in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. The Ty Corsie Group continues to achieve their status while servicing their clients and community. 

Reader Choice Award– Ty Corsie also received this award being recognized and voted by the public as the Best Real Estate Agent in the Leader/Now paper in his area of expertise.
